VGP Park Brașov – Elevating the Industrial Horizon
Situated on an expansive 380,000 square-meter site, VGP Park Brașov promises a total potential of 180,000 square meters of premium rentable space. With four buildings already completed and one in-progress, this industrial haven is witnessing remarkable success, with all buildings fully leased. Notably, our collaboration with Inter Cars marks a significant milestone in our journey.
VGP Park Bucharest North – A Flagship in the Capital
Covering 200,000 square meters, VGP Park Bucharest North is a flagship project in Romania. Boasting a total rentable area of 120,000 square meters across four buildings, the first two buildings, covering 42,000 square meters, have already been leased. Building D has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification, an important proof to our commitment to sustainable constructions. Also, we take pride into announcing the start of construction of the third building in this park, a flagship one, which will be right at the intersection of the Bucharest Ring Road with A3 highway.
VGP Park Timișoara – Expanding Horizons
Fully leased and presenting expansion opportunities, VGP Park Timișoara is a proof to modern infrastructure and strategic access to transportation networks. The construction of the eighth building is underway, reinforcing our dedication to meeting evolving logistics needs.
VGP Park Arad – Gateway to the West
Strategically positioned within the Pan-European Transport Corridor IV, VGP Park Arad spans 39 hectares, offering up to 200,000 square meters of rentable space. The first building is fully leased, underscoring its significance as a crucial transportation hub in the western part of Romania. The ability to support companies in their development, both locally and internationally, by providing comprehensive and modern logistics space solutions, is a significant priority for VGP.
VGP Park Sibiu – Excellence in the Center of Romania
Occupying 219,000 square meters in the heart of Romania, VGP Park Sibiu provides over 93,000 square meters of premium logistics and industrial spaces. The park’s strategic location ensures direct access to highways and proximity to the International Airport. The first building is fully leased, reinforcing Sibiu’s position as a thriving economic center.
Sustainability at the Core
In line with our commitment to sustainability, all newly delivered buildings in Romania are BREEAM certified, aiming for achieving an Excellent rating. VGP goes beyond energy efficiency, incorporating features such as bike lanes, electric vehicle charging stations or waste recycling systems. Our upcoming photovoltaic panel installation in Timișoara reflects our dedication to reducing our carbon footprint.

- Rawlplug: Expanding their facility in Romania and establishing a testing and training academy.
- Tomra: Operating a logistics center supporting maintenance activities for recycling equipment.
- Wurth: Storage, warehousing and handling activities, including specialized storage for ADR chemicals.
- DB Schenker: Leasing two spaces for storage and cross-docking operations.
- Autoliv: Storage activities for one of the world’s largest automotive safety system manufacturers.
- Alaska Energies: Expanding logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations for photovoltaic systems.
- Somarest: Production and storage activities for a company in the leather goods industry.
- FAN Courier: Opened in Arad, its first international hub, dedicated to international online orders.
- Inter Cars, the largest distributor of automotive parts and accessories in Central and Eastern Europe, has leased a significant area in VGP Park Brasov.
