VGP, a pan-European developer present in 18 countries, is consolidating its position on the Romanian market through a network of industrial and logistics parks located on the country’s main transport corridors. With six operational parks and new projects under development totaling approximately 600,000 m², the company provides the necessary infrastructure for modern logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce operations.

The portfolio includes key locations: Bucharest (A2 and A3), Timișoara, Arad, Sibiu, and Brașov, connecting Romania with Europe. This positioning allows operators quick access to motorways, airports, and the Port of Constanța – an important competitive advantage for import-export flows and regional distribution.

A major milestone this year was the delivery of the world’s most sustainable industrial building at VGP Park Arad, certified BREEAM Outstanding with a score of 96.3%, a record internationally. The project for VAT Group integrates high-precision manufacturing, offices, and employee facilities, demonstrating the technical level that VGP brings to the industrial-logistics market.

Current investments include VGP Park Bucharest 2 (227,000 sqm), developed at the intersection of the A2 motorway and the Bucharest Ring Road, and the expansion of VGP Park Bucharest North (46,000 sqm), consolidating the company’s presence in the country’s most dynamic logistics area. All new projects are designed for BREEAM Outstanding certification and include FM Approved equipment, heat pumps, intelligent BMS systems, and infrastructure ready for photovoltaics and e-mobility.

VGP offers flexible units between 500 and 60,000 sqm, suitable for logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial operations. The Small Units concept, implemented in Sibiu, expands SMEs’ access to premium infrastructure, maintaining the technical standards applied to projects for international corporations.

Through this national network, high technical standards, and focus on sustainability, VGP is becoming a strategic partner for logistics operators optimizing their capacities in Romania and Central and Southeastern Europe.
