The first 100 transport companies from the number of trucks point of view had in total in 2020 18,110 trucks, compared to 18,550 trucks the same companies in 2019 and to 19,438 trucks, the fleet of the first 100 companies in 2019 (the first 100 companies are not the same in 2019 and 2020). The fleet of the first 100 companies represents 34.85% of the fleet of the first 1.000 transport companies in Romania from the number of trucks point of view, which is 51,963 trucks.
The company with the biggest fleet in 2020 is Skiptrans (616 trucks, compared to 611 in 2019, when it was the second). The company from Cluj switched places with Carrion Expedition, the leader in 2019, with 876 trucks, and the second in 2020, with 575 trucks. The next two companies are the same in 2019 and 2020: Arabesque (564 trucks in 2020 and 574 in 2019) and Transilvania General Import Export (352 trucks in 2020 and 403 in 2019). The 5th company in 2020 is Dolo Trans Olimp, with 352 trucks, compared to 340 trucks in 2019, when it was on the 8th place.
The ranking continues with Internațional Alexander (351 trucks in 2020 and 348 in 2019, when it was the 7th), Dunca Expediții (347 trucks in 2020 and 367 in 2019, when it was the 5th), Tehnostrade (339 trucks in 2020 and 242 trucks in 2019, when it was the 22nd), H.Essers (321 trucks in 2020 and 349 trucks in 2019, when it was the 6th) and Internațional Lazăr Company (316 trucks in 2020 and 314 in 2019, when it was also the 10th).
